WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!
We offer free delivery for $30 and above for all Singapore orders, and orders above $150 for international orders. For International orders shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. Typically you are not charged customs and duties upon delivery. However, if your country's customs and duties necessitate this practice of upon-delivery charging, Chicholics does not cover those customs and duties charges. Our carriers only deliver between 9am and 6pm, and may require a signature on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card advising you on re-shipping / collection. Furthur information related to delivery time will be shared through an email once the order is dispatched.

Our Return Policy
We hope you like our Chicholics purchases.If for any reason you need to make a return, please let us know by sending an email to chicholics@yahoo.com within 7 working days from the date of which you received the item(s).You will have to bear the delivery costs back to Chicholics HQ.Your return must be received within 14 days from the date you receive your shipment for a full refund of the cost of the item(s). Refunds will take 14 days to process, from the date we receive your returned item's. The refund will be processed with the same payment mode used for the order.To process your return refund, we need your item(s) not to be worn, washed or damaged and to be in new and unused condition, with all originals attached, and original packaging included.
