How should I care for my garments?
Hand wash separately in cold water.
How long is the order processing time?
The order will take 2-3 working days to be processed, afterwhich shipping time depends on your location.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, debit card and paypal payment at the moment.You do not need to have a Paypal account to checkout.
How do I track my parcel?
You will receive an email from us once your order has been shipped, confirming your tracking number if it is a registered post.For international deliveries you will receive a notification with tracking information. For delivery within Singapore please go to SingPost’s website and input your tracking number to enquire on the progress of your item/s.Whether your order is shipped via easyship or SingPost you can also find your tracking number by viewing your orders in your account.
When will I receive my purchases?
All orders are processed on the first business day following the authorization/collection of payment. Orders are shipped within 2 working days, and should be received within the next 3-5 working days [i.e. a 5-7 working days after placing your order].
Do I need to sign for my order?
To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition we require a signature as proof of delivery for all orders.
